Since 3 March 2014, ACRA requires all Singapore-incorporated companies (limited or unlimited by shares) to file financial statements in full XBRL format using the ACRA Taxonomy 2013.
⚠️ Option B (Partial XBRL) is no longer accepted.
Directors remain responsible for the accuracy of filed financial statements.
The following entities are exempt from full XBRL filing:
Commercial/Merchant Banks, Registered Insurers, and Finance Companies regulated by MAS
Companies permitted by law to use other accounting standards (non-SFRS/IFRS)

FS in PDF + FS Highlights in XBRL
